Pacers vs. Mavericks - Mavs won
Cavaliers vs. Nuggets - Cavs won
Spurs vs. Mavericks - Spurs won
Warriors vs. Mavs - Warriors won
Suns vs. Cavaliers - Suns won
Lakers vs. Heat - Lakers won
My thoughts:
Overall - NBA playstyle seems selfish; physical condition is BETTER than in Europe. it seems, that in general NBA players prefer one-to-one situations. I predict that Team USA will have to do a lot of homework, if they want to win gold in the next WC and Olympics
1. How is it possible, that Jazz lost to Miami?? The only bright spot was Wade and even he struggled against Lakers. Shaq was quite SLOW and ineffective; matchup with Bynum was nice to watch. And Kobe looked better than i thought - he had nice touch.
2. Baron Davis and Jason Richardson - Jazz should have one of them; both were hot on that Dallas game.
3. Steve Nash - i would say, that if he is durable enough - he can be better than Stockton; not better when comparing stats but ... well it is hard to explain in english Raja Ball was also better than i thought. Of course, it was only one game. How they look, when the shots doesnt fall?
4. Jazz should beat Denver. While Carmelo had also nice shooting touch - the overall play of Nuggets wasnt anything special....
5. NBA commentators rock! Specially Doug Collins, Eddie Johnson (when asked about how many of those Eatons 3000 blocks were on him - he told, that about 25 - after that he was smarter) and Marv Albert
Of course, if the play of those teams wasn't good enough for my eyes - how the Jazz plays then
